Emergency Procedures

If an emergency occurs during an online session (e.g. a learner appears to be in physical danger or distress):

  1. Dee will attempt to alert the parent or carer immediately
  2. If the learner appears to be in immediate danger and a parent cannot be reached, Dee will contact emergency services (999) and provide the learner's details as known
  3. All such incidents are recorded and reported in line with the Safeguarding Policy
