Terms and Conditions

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to all services provided by Miss ICT, operated by Duygu Cella, Norfolk, UK.

1-to-1 Tutoring and Coursework Support

• GCSE Computer Science tutoring — £60 per hour, online
• A Level Computer Science tutoring — £70 per hour, online
• A Level NEA Coursework Support — £50 per hour, 1-to-1, online

Group Intensives

• GCSE Exam Rescue Intensive — maximum 4 students, £250 per student per block
• A Level Exam Intensive — maximum 4 students, £280 per student per block

Arcade — Creative Coding for Home Educators

• Arcade Live — live online coding, maximum 3 learners, 30 minutes. Pay As You Go: £10/session. 6-Session Pass: £8/session (paid in advance per half term)
• Arcade Home — home education learning packs: Starter Pack (free); Term Pack £33 (12 weeks); Full Year Pack £96 (39 weeks, 3 terms)
• Arcade Circle — moderated online community, included with Term and Year packs; available separately for Arcade Live learners on request

SEND and EOTAS Provision

• Specialist alternative education placement at £55–£80 per hour, commissioned by local authorities, virtual schools, and SEN departments

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, or for provision, upon signed placement agreement
• Payment for 1-to-1 sessions is due before or at the time of booking
• Group Intensives and Arcade 6-Session Passes are paid in full in advance to secure a place
• Provisional spots for group sessions are held for 48 hours pending payment
• Prices are inclusive of all materials provided within the session

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

See the full Refunds and Cancellations Policy for detail. In summary:

• 1-to-1 sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate
• Group Intensives are non-refundable once the block begins
• Arcade Live sessions cancelled by Miss ICT will be rescheduled or refunded in full
• Digital resource purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

4. Digital Resources and Licensing

• Resources must not be shared, forwarded, uploaded, redistributed, or reproduced — digitally or in print
• Resources must not be used in group teaching, school settings, or commercial contexts without a separate written licence
• Sharing within WhatsApp groups, parent networks, Facebook groups, or similar is not permitted
• You are warmly encouraged to share the Miss ICT website and recommend others purchase their own copy
• Suspected unauthorised redistribution may result in access being withdrawn without refund

5. Conduct and Safe Use

All participants must adhere to the Miss ICT Digital Safety Code.

• Respectful, appropriate language and behaviour is required in all sessions and community spaces
• Miss ICT may end a session or remove a participant from Arcade Circle without refund if behaviour is harmful to others
• Learners must not attempt to contact other learners directly through any session platform or Arcade Circle
• Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment during sessions

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Miss ICT — session materials, worksheets, frameworks, website content, and digital resources — remains the intellectual property of Duygu Cella / Miss ICT. Purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miss ICT provides high-quality specialist education support. We cannot guarantee specific grade outcomes. Liability is limited to the value of sessions or resources paid for. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Feedback and Complaints

If you are ever dissatisfied with any aspect of Miss ICT — a session, a resource, or a response — please:

2. Request escalation to a formal written review if the initial response does not resolve your concern
